Spatial Planning Analysis
BAIGYM is designed as a smart healthcare–based fitness facility that accommodates both beginners and users seeking systematic body management. The elongated rectangular floor plan is organized along a clear central axis, with cardio zones, body measurement and consulting areas, and weight training zones arranged sequentially. This linear configuration allows users to intuitively understand the space and move through it with ease, while the open visibility from the entrance immediately communicates the active nature of the facility.
The central circulation functions not merely as a passageway but as the primary spatial organizer. Training zones are distributed on both sides of this axis, remaining visually open while being subtly defined through planters, glass partitions, and material transitions. This approach enables smooth movement between zones and naturally organizes equipment usage. The body analysis and consulting area is positioned close to the main circulation, allowing users to transition seamlessly from assessment to training, reinforcing the gym’s structured and process-driven concept.
Image and Atmosphere Analysis
Rather than presenting a purely mechanical gym environment, BAIGYM emphasizes a refined wellness-oriented atmosphere. Black mesh ceilings and dark-toned equipment highlight the functional aspects of training, while warm wood flooring, horizontal wall louvers, and soft indirect lighting introduce balance and comfort. Large-scale greenery and translucent colored glass partitions add visual depth and rhythm, helping to relieve the intensity typically associated with fitness spaces.
Plant-integrated partitions gently separate areas without fully enclosing them, maintaining openness while enhancing focus during workouts. Lighting is primarily indirect to reduce glare, with targeted illumination applied only where functional clarity is required. Together, these elements support BAIGYM’s goal of delivering a smart yet approachable fitness experience—one that frames exercise as a natural part of everyday self-care rather than an intimidating or overly specialized activity.
